Harbor Lane Events: Terms of Sale Last updated: 8 November 2026 1. Who we are These terms apply to tickets sold on this site by Harbor Lane Events K.K. ("we", "us"). Our details are in the Business details section of this page. By completing a booking you agree to these terms. 2. Tickets and orders A booking is confirmed when you see the confirmation page and receive an email with your tickets. For free events we may ask you to confirm your email address first. Until you do, the places are held for 1 hour and then released. 3. Prices and payment Prices are shown in Japanese yen and include consumption tax unless stated. The total, including any fees, is shown before you pay. Card payments are processed by Stripe. We never see or store your full card number. 4. Ticket limits Each event may set a maximum number of tickets per booking. Bookings that try to get around these limits, or that appear to be made by automated tools, may be cancelled and refunded. 5. Entry Show the QR code from your ticket at the door. Each code works once. Tickets that have been copied, altered or already scanned will be refused. Door staff may ask for photo ID if the event requires it. 6. Resale Tickets may not be resold for profit. Tickets sold in breach of this rule may be cancelled without refund. Japanese law also restricts the resale of tickets for profit. 7. Changes to events Dates, times, line-ups and venues can change. If we change an event in a way that makes it materially different, you may request a refund under the Refund policy. If an event is cancelled, we will refund you in full. 8. Conduct at events Entry may be refused, or a guest asked to leave, for unsafe or abusive behaviour. In that case no refund is due. 9. Our responsibility We are responsible for the ticket sale and entry. The event itself is run by the organiser named on the event page. Nothing in these terms limits rights you have under Japanese consumer law. 10. Your information How we use your information is explained in the Privacy policy. 11. Changes to these terms We may update these terms. The version shown when you book is the one that applies to that booking. 12. Governing law These terms are governed by the laws of Japan.
